39 Packet Projects of North Jakarta Industry Sub-Dept Passed Auction

As many as 7,490 street lights will brighten up 6 sub-districts in North Jakarta.

This year, North Jakarta will be brightened up with the additional lights particularly in criminal prone area

The number of street lights will be added to some lights installed before. Based on the data of North Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-Department until the end of 2014 ago, there were 54,000 street lights in all over the city.

"This year, North Jakarta will be brightened up with t he additional lights particularly in criminal prone areas. 39 out of 43 packet projects proposed have been passed the auction. As for the rest are still waiting for the process," said Head of North Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-Department, Tuti Kurnia, Thursday (10/8).

According to Kurnia, the total budget absorbed is amounted Rp 93,6 billion or about 73 percent of the overall budget.
